Robert J. Amter
Robert (Bob) Amter is President and found of Montegra Capital Resources LTD. He has owned and operated Montegra since its inception in 1971, making him one of the most experienced and respected private lenders in the country.
Prior to starting Montegra, he owned and operated apartment houses and commercial properties. Experiencing first hand the lack of flexibility of banks and commercial institutional lenders he founded Montegra to offer real estate owners the type of lending opportunity that did not exist but that was greatly needed.
Bob is a native of Denver, and received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO.
Kimberly Skari
Kimberly (Kim) Skari is the Office/Portfolio Manager of Montegra. She has been with Montegra since 2005. Prior to joining Montegra, Kim worked as a commercial closer for a Denver based Title Company. Montegra holds all of its loans “in house” , so in addition to her work in underwriting and closing each loan, Kim enjoys working with Montegra’s borrowers on servicing their loans and handling any post closing questions or requests. She received a B.S. degree in International Business from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, MN.
