Since he created Montegra 36 years ago, Bob Amter’s goal has been to provide a private capital lender that will bridge the gap between bank and institutional financing and true “hard money lenders”.
Montegra provides the flexible asset based underwriting approach and rapid decision making and closing of a hard money lender while offering more affordable pricing. Bob has made it his mission to provide the professional quality of service for borrowers that they expect from blue chip institutional lenders, the flexibility and speed that private capital lenders can bring to the table, and most importantly, the commitment to offer these loans at fair and realistic prices that will make sense for his borrowers. Montegra treats each loan request with respect and immediate attention.
Our mission is to use a small staff to provide immediate professional service to our borrowers. We underwrite, close, fund and service all of our loans. You always deal with the decision maker. Our history of 36 years of successful private capital lending speaks for itself.
