Montegra Capital Resources LTD. was founded in 1971 by Bob Amter in Denver, Colorado. For the past 36 years he has recognized and fulfilled the need for commercial real estate lenders for borrowers to be able to access private capital to get loans that are closed with great speed with flexible terms and fair pricing. Montegra has pioneered the hard money lending business and still remains one of its most recognized and best practitioners.
