Montegra stands for fair pricing of our asset based hard money loans. We have a 37 year history of offering creative loans funded quickly at a fair price.
Our rates for loans on commercial, multi family, and residential non owner occupied improved properties fall between 11.5% and 12.5%. We do not use bait and switch tactics. These are our rates. Our loans are payable interest only monthly. No amortization is asked or required.
We will consider loan requests secured by land on a case by case basis. The land must be entitled with infrastructure already in place. Our rate will be determined by the unique circumstances of the loan request.
