Banks, institutional lenders and most other hard money lenders are not willing to do this type of financing because the foreign national can not provide the financial information that they require. Also, it is difficult, to collect on a loan guarantee in a foreign country.

Because of our asset based underwriting approach, Montegra is able to consider and fund these loan requests with no difficulty and to close them with great speed and flexibility. Although we do require certain financial disclosures, they are not difficult to fulfill and we rely, as always, primarily on the value of the collateral property.
