Montegra is willing and eager to consider your land loan request. We are interested in looking at Colorado land loans on property that is fully entitled (or close to fully entitled). We do not provide infra-structure development loans.

We are willing to consider loans up to 60% loan to value on Colorado land that meets the above standards. We use the "fair market value" of the property not the "quick sale value" applied by other hand money lenders.

We are happy to fund Colorado hard money land loans on both residential and commercial land. We only fund first mortgage secured loans and do not do construction loans.
