Montegra Capital Resources, LTD was founded in 1971 by Bob Amter in Denver, Colorado. For 40 consecutive years Bob has recognized and fulfilled the need for borrowers to access private capital real estate loans.  Montegra has pioneered the hard money lending business and remains one of its most recognized and best practitioners.
